Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Proxio ("we", "us", "our") for the use of proxio.net, the dashboard at dashboard.proxio.net, the API, the Telegram bot and our proxy services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, buying anything or using the Services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must give accurate information and keep your email address up to date, so we can reach you about your account.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account and its proxy credentials, including by anyone you give access to. Keep your password and credentials secret, do not publish or share them outside your own team (except as allowed in section 8), and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.
  • We may refuse to open an account or to accept an order.

3. The Services

  • Residential proxies are sold as prepaid traffic (GB). ISP and datacenter proxies are dedicated IPs rented per IP for 30, 60 or 90 days. What each product includes is shown on the product page and at checkout.
  • Locations are based on standard IP geolocation databases. Third-party databases and websites may place an IP somewhere else.
  • We work to keep the Services available around the clock, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, upstream network problems and events outside our control can cause interruptions.
  • We do not control third-party websites. We do not guarantee that any site will accept a proxy, a particular success rate, or the absence of CAPTCHAs, rate limits or blocks.
  • Some products have a minimum order, which is shown before you pay.
  • You are responsible for following the laws that apply to what you do, the terms of the websites you access, and data protection laws such as the GDPR when you collect any personal data.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use them, or let anyone else use them, for:

  1. Unauthorized access: breaking into systems or accounts, credential stuffing, or getting around another party's security controls.
  2. Fraud: payment or identity fraud, carding, money laundering, or getting around anti-fraud systems.
  3. Malware and attacks: spreading malware, running botnets, denial-of-service attacks, or scanning networks without permission.
  4. Spam and fake engagement: spam, phishing, impersonation, click fraud, or fake traffic, likes or reviews.
  5. Privacy violations: spying on people or accessing their accounts or data without permission.
  6. Unlawful content: child abuse material, terrorism, human trafficking, or anything else illegal.
  7. Evading platform enforcement: running accounts in a way designed to get around a platform's detection, suspensions or bans.
  8. Sanctions breaches: anything described in section 6.

You also must not overload or disrupt our systems or upstream networks, or resell access except as allowed in section 8.

Breaking this section is a serious breach. We may suspend or close your account at once, without a refund.

5. Blocked destinations

To protect the network, some destinations may be unavailable through the Services, for example certain government, education, military and banking sites. We decide this list and may change it at any time without notice. If you need access to a blocked site for a legitimate reason, contact support with the site and your use case; we may ask for more information and may refuse.

6. Sanctions

You confirm that you, your owners and your end customers are not on a sanctions list of the United Nations, the United Kingdom, the European Union or the United States, and are not located in or resident in a country under comprehensive sanctions. You must not use the Services to deal with or benefit a sanctioned person or country, or to avoid sanctions or export controls. We may suspend the Services at once if we reasonably believe this section has been or may be broken.

7. Abuse reports, verification and cooperation

  • We do not inspect or monitor the content of your traffic. We enforce these Terms on the basis of abuse reports, notices from our upstream networks, legal requests and signs of attacks.
  • We may ask you at any time to confirm your identity, your business, your use case and, if you resell, your end customer's identity and use case. You must answer within five business days. If you do not, we may restrict or suspend the Services.
  • During an investigation we may ask for more information, block certain destinations, suspend the account, keep the related records and close the account.
  • We may share account, payment and connection information with our upstream network providers for abuse investigations, and with authorities where the law requires it. Where the law allows, we tell you before we share with authorities.
  • Abuse reports can be sent to [email protected].

8. Reselling

You may resell or give third parties access to the Services only if you tell us first. If you do, you must bind your end customers to rules at least as strict as sections 4 to 7, keep records that identify each end customer and their use case, and give us those records when we ask under section 7. You stay fully responsible for what your end customers do; their breach counts as yours.

9. Prices, payment and renewals

  • Prices are shown in US dollars on the website and at checkout. We may change prices at any time; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
  • Services are prepaid. We accept card payments and cryptocurrency through our payment processors.
  • Automatic renewal is off unless you turn it on. When it is on, we charge your wallet balance or saved payment method at the end of each period until you turn it off. You can turn it off in the dashboard at any time before the renewal date.
  • Discount codes have the conditions shown with them and cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Wallet balance

You can add funds to your wallet and use them for any of the Services. Wallet funds, including any top-up bonus, can only be spent on the Services. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or moved to another account, except where the law requires otherwise.

11. Refunds and replacements

Proxies are delivered and start working as soon as you pay, so purchases are final, except in these cases:

  • Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same order or top-up, we refund the extra payment.
  • We could not deliver: if we cannot deliver what you paid for, for example because a location sold out after you paid, we refund it or offer a replacement.
  • Fault on our side: if the Services do not work because of a problem on our side or our provider's side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund or credit the unused part.
  • ISP and datacenter replacements: IPs that stop working because of a technical fault on our or our provider's side are replaced at no cost. We do not replace IPs that are blocked or banned by a website because of how they were used.

We do not refund because a website blocks or limits a proxy, because the service did not match expectations not stated on the product page, because the setup was wrong, or for unused traffic or time.

Refunds go to your wallet balance by default. We may refund to the original payment method instead.

To ask for a refund or replacement, contact support with your order details and a short description of the problem. We may need logs, test times or other details to check it. Requests made in bad faith, such as using several accounts or false information, will be refused.

Nothing in this section removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer with a statutory right to cancel a digital service, you ask us to start the service immediately when you pay, and you accept that the right to cancel ends once the service has been supplied, as far as the law allows.

12. Chargebacks

If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, we may put your account and its services on hold until the dispute is resolved. If the dispute is decided in your favor, the services paid for with that payment end. Disputes opened in bad faith are a breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the Services at any time. Paid periods are not refunded except as set out in section 11.
  • We may suspend or close your account at once, without notice and without a refund, if you break these Terms, if we must do so by law, or if your use puts our network, our providers or other customers at risk.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive the end of these Terms (including payment, liability, indemnity and governing law) continue to apply.

14. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement. You use the Services at your own risk.

15. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim connected with the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the event that caused the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnity

You will compensate and defend us against any claim, loss, penalty or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms or the law, or the acts of your end customers or anyone using your account.

17. Our name and marks

You may not use our name or logo, or suggest a partnership with us, without our written permission. Names and logos of other companies shown on our website belong to their owners and do not mean any partnership or endorsement.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. If you keep using the Services after an update is published, you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not reduce your rights for periods you have already paid for.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country.

20. General

These Terms and the policies they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services. If a part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up.
