Privacy Policy
How we handle your personal information. Last updated October 2026.
Introduction
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information Proxio collects when you use proxio.net, the dashboard and our proxy services, and how we handle it. We follow the data protection laws that apply to us.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, and information that is sent automatically when you use our website and services.
- Account information, such as your email address, and your name if your sign-in provider shares it.
- Order and payment information, such as what you bought and when. Payments are handled by our payment processors; we do not see or store your full card details.
- Messages you send us through support, email or Telegram.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP addresses, browser details, pages visited, and the service usage data we need to bill you, keep the network running and prevent abuse. We do not inspect or store the content of your traffic.
Why we use your information
We only use personal information when we have a legitimate reason to, and only as much as we need. We use it to:
- provide your account and the services you bought;
- process payments and keep the records we are required to keep;
- reply to you and send service and billing messages;
- keep our website and network secure, and prevent fraud and abuse in line with our terms;
- understand how the website is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Security
We protect the information we hold with commercially reasonable measures against loss, theft and unauthorized access or use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will meet our legal duties if a breach happens. Please choose a strong password that you do not use elsewhere.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it. We may keep some information longer where we need it to meet a legal, accounting or reporting obligation, or to resolve a dispute or abuse case.
Children
Our services are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Sharing with third parties
We may share personal information with:
- service providers that help us run the business, such as payment processors, hosting and network providers, email delivery, sign-in and analytics services;
- our staff and contractors who need it for their work;
- courts, regulators and law enforcement, when the law requires it, or to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights;
- a buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged.
International transfers
Our providers may store or process information in other countries, which may have different data protection laws from yours. When we transfer personal information abroad, we do so as the applicable law requires and keep protecting it as this policy describes.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in each email. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.
If you think we have broken a data protection law, contact us first with the details and we will look into it and reply in writing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use cookies to keep you signed in to the dashboard and to understand how the website is used. On proxio.net, visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before analytics cookies are used.
