How the comparison works
A per-GB plan costs your monthly traffic times the price per GB. A flat-rate plan costs the number of IPs times the price per IP, no matter how much data passes through them. The break-even traffic is the flat cost divided by the per-GB price: above it, flat-rate is cheaper.
